Many women are in the market for breast implants, but there are always doubts about the aftermath of the surgery. I often hear these questions and concerns from patients:
- Will I want my breasts to be bigger than what I asked for?
- What if I don’t like how big they are?
- Will I have to undergo another surgery if I’m not happy with my results?
Because I am aware of these concerns even before my patients discuss them with me, I have the best remedy waiting for them. What is it, you ask? Adjustables. Adjustable breast implants allow for the patient to be in control of the size of their breasts. The process requires the patient to return post-surgery so I can insert a small needle is inserted through the skin and the implant is filled while you are awake, to the desired size. The video below provides more details and features a patient discussing the adjustable breast implant option. Hear first-hand from my patient, Anissa Snyder.
