Candace Probst

Business Manager

Candace Probst has over 7 years experience in Human Resource, Operations and Marketing Management. As the Business Manager, she is responsible for the day to day administrative functions serving as the primary human resource contact. Candace also oversees the financing and marketing department for the Plastic & Cosmetic Center and SpaBlack. Formerly, Candace began her career as the General Manager for the Woodhouse Day Spa, a five star day spa in San Antonio, TX. There Candace oversaw 40+ employees. Candace is a graduate of the University of the Incarnate Word and holds a Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration and is currently pursuing her Masters of Business Administration-MBA through the University of the Incarnate Word. She helped organize the “Jeneby Foundation” and devotes her time and efforts to the Battered Women’s Shelter alongside Dr. Jeneby.  In her spare time she enjoys training for marathons, scuba diving and teaching dance lessons.

Candace is also a patient and can answer any questions that you may have.

Sylvia Montes

Clinical Manager

Sylvia Montes has been with Dr. Jeneby since 2004. She is a licensed M.A.(Medical Assistant) and has been involved in the medical field since 1986.  She is Dr. Jeneby’s Clinical Manager and handles all Breast Reconstructions as well as the clinical aspect and all follow-up care.  She can be reached at sylvia@drjenebyplasticsurgery.com. Roxella Bella “Roxy”

Medical Aesthetician/Patient Relations Coordinator

Roxy is a Licensed Aesthetician with over 8 years experience working for Plastic surgeons and Medical Spas.  She is one of our lovely “concierge” Patient Relations Coordinators (PRC). Roxy and Monica see the majority of Dr Jeneby’s patients first as they describe the procedure and get quotes to you as well as assist in financing. These “initial” consults are always at no cost to you and answer 75% of your questions.  She also performs skin care at SPA BLACK.  Roxy graduated from Vogue College of Cosmetology and has a passion for patient care.  Roxy has been with Dr. Jeneby for 2 years now and is also a patient. In her spare time she loves yoga, running, reading and spending time with her husband.

Monica McDuffie

Medical Aesthetician/Patient Relations Coordinator(PRC)

Melissa Votion

Spa Director/Medical Aesthetician

Melissa is a LVN (nurse) and an Aesthetician. She recently joined us and is the SPA Director upstairs at Spa Black. Melissa comes to us with a wealth of experience in multiple SPA settings. She consistently ranks very high in customer satisfaction and is in charge of our Smooth Shapes Cellulite Therapy, Laser Hair Removal and IPL skin rejuvenation programs.  With her nursing and aesthetician background she brings   a high degree of and knowledge to our spa. Janneth Ferdin

Medical Assistant-MA

 Janneth is a licensed Medical Assistant and assists in all aspects of the office.  She helps our Joint Commission Certified Operating Room and draws blood for you pre-operatively as well as getting EKG’s. These services are provided in-house by Janneth.  Prior to this she was a 911 emergency dispatcher. You will recognize her knowledgeable voice on the phone.  In her spare she enjoys spending time with her three children.

Michelle Leyva

Medical Assistant-MA

Michelle is an upbeat licensed Medical Assistant and recent patient! Michelle enjoys all aspects of her job and provides excellent patient care. She assists both Spa Black and The Plastic and Cosmetic Center and can be found in all areas of the facility.  She assists with all duties, including concierge duties for the Spa. In her spare time Michelle enjoys spending time with her three year old son, going shopping, tanning and traveling.

Jetsy Balderrama

OR Director/C.S.T

Jetsy is Dr. Jeneby’s right hand in the operating room. She is a Certified Surgical Technologist for over 14 years and holds the title of OR Director. Jetsy graduated in 2008 from UTSA and holds a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Previously she worked with the San Antonio Eye Clinic as a Recovery Technician. She will be there throughout your procedure and is in charge of all aspects of the OR.  She has been with Dr Jeneby for a year. In her spare time Jetsy is a drummer for local bands and has been playing since she was 11.

Dr. Raymond L. Brewer, MD-Anesthesiologist

Dr. Brewer is a recognized research clinician with over 20 years of experience in advanced clinical/ pharmaceutical trials, anesthesia, as well as pain and general medicine.  As a 1978 honors graduate of the US Merchant Marine Academy, Dr. Brewer has a well-rounded business background which supplements a broad-based clinical research resume. Graduating from the Uniformed Services University, SOM, Dr. Brewer subsequently became board certified in both anesthesia and pain medicine with the focus of combining his business experience with a strong acumen towards clinical research.  Towards that end, Dr. Brewer has owned and operated medical clinics with million dollar annual revenues. In addition, he has served as primary research investigator on countless corporately sponsored clinical research studies which have led to successful product distribution with multi-billion dollar market capitalization(s).  Indeed, in one successful research medical product for which Dr. Brewer was a lead investigator, the product’s success was so impressive that the sponsor company was purchased by Johnson & Johnson through a multi-billion dollar offering,  Since serving his country honorably in the Air Force on active duty for over 12 years.Dr. Brewer continues his service in the USAF Reserves as a Lt Colonel with a keen eye of developing pharmaceutical products that have ready adaptability for use in our armed forces, as well as developing expanded markets with sales to the Federal Government & expanding to the general population.
