Description: 30 y.o who had prior breast augmentation in san antonio 3 years before by another surgeon. The implant fell below the crease on the right and deflated on the left. She wanted her implant to be higher on the left and fuller with removal and replacement to adjustable implants. She had alloderm reconstruction of the crease on the right and rem/repl. of implants. SHe had 2 adjustments with adjustable breast implants to final volumes of 400 on the R and 420 Left. She is extremely happy
