Description: 23 y.o female from Dallas Texas who flew down for adjustable breast implants. The implants were placed under the muscle. The implants were then "expanded" in the office through a small "port " under the skin at 3 months. The patient then came back and under local anesthesia had the port removed!(temporary port-removed in the office)
