I just recently had a nose job in San Antonio and the cosmetic surgeon was wonderful. I was thinking about going back to San Antonio and talking to the cosmetic surgeon about a breast augmentation. The cosmetic surgeon in San Antonio did a great job on my nose that I thought I could feel good about going back for a breast augmentation. I would probably feel more comfortable going back to San Antonio for my breast augmentation since I know the work from my nose job.
