Plastic Surgeon vs "Cosmetic Surgeon"

There are other types of "cosmetic surgeons" in the area (some are not even "surgery" trained) or have cosmetic "spas".
They cannot operate at their local hospitals for the same procedure they are performing on you (liposuction for example.) Ask them how they learned how to do liposuction or any procedure! They should be trained by an appropriate residency training body that re-certifies them every 10 years and is peer reviewed (Plastic Surgeons are.)
Ask them those questions!

Adjustable Breast Implants
Dr Jeneby places Adjustable Breast Implants and Smart Lipo(The FIRST to use this in San tonio) has been featured on Fox(KABB), CBS(KENS5) and ABC(KSAT) for his work with Adjustable Breast Implants, and Injectable Fillers for facial wrinkles.
His work on Mentor Adjustable Implants has landed him national exposure as well.
He is one of only 30 sites in the country picked by Mentor to trial the adjustable Becker 50%gel/50% saline implant expander for Breast Reconstruction (1 stage placement.)
This exciting technology allows the patient to increase or decrease the size of the implant at 3- 6 months postop.
The process requires the patient to return at three months where a small needle is inserted through the skin and the implant is filled while you are awake to the desired amount. Prior to six months, the port is removed through the same incision under local anesthesia in the office. It is estimated that 37% of all returns to the OR are for implant size problems ("I wish I had gotten them bigger") Do not be a statistic!

| 3-16-08 Dr. Jeneby, Thank you for recommending Botox treatment for my severe underarm sweating. I followed your advice about two years ago and I am thrilled with the results. On average, the treatment lasts me five months. I have almost no underarm perspiration and even without an antiperspirant, there is virtually no odor for the first three or four months after the treatment. I have had a problem with severe underarm perspiration since I was 14 years old. Even though I showered an average of three times a day and tried every possible antiperspirant, I sweated through multiple layers of shirts, staining even the thickest shirt. I could not even consider wearing a dark shirt before the treatment.
